WATERMAX® SIGNATURE SERIES - FAQ

What does “Reverse Osmosis” mean?

Reverse Osmosis (RO) is a filtration process that removes contaminants from water at the molecular level. By using pressure to squeeze your water against a special membrane, water molecules are separated from impurities. Rejected dissolved solids are automatically rinsed down the drain leaving only high-quality water for you to use.

What can it remove from my water?

The H3500 Reverse Osmosis Filter removes chlorine, sediment and other particles to provide high quality drinking water.

Is the H3500 Filter certified for contaminant removal?

The H3500 is certified to reduce fluoride, lead, arsenic, nitrates/nitrites and eight other contaminants.

Can you test my water for me?

Yes! The best way to know what kind of water filtration you need is to perform a test to see the contaminants you are dealing with. We want to make sure all of our customers are consuming clean and pure water. Contact a dealer today to get your water tested!

How many gallons can it filter per day?

The H3500 can filter up to 50 gallons per day. A storage tank included with the system will store up to 3 gallons at a time to ensure that you have freshly filtered water on demand.
